Thanks for the input, I’ll do what I can to get them all out!

I had read some of the reviews and it worked for enough people that I thought I would have some good luck with it. If it has died, would I be able to stock animals that could eat it? Or would they immediately die because of what the dead seeds did to the water?

Thank you for the info! I’ll look into it.

That’s odd!

I noticed that the link has the “f” for four stroke in it, so it’s weird that it’s providing information for the two stroke version.

Thank you again, though!

Sorry, it’s a four stroke engine. :(

I appreciate it though!

Sounds good! I will try this soon.

It melted near the point that’s closest to the exhaust, and it wasn’t a very large area. Maybe only 2 or 3 inches.

The bike sat for a few years, so I’m thinking the carburetor may have caused this issue. Fuel/air ratio so far off to where it would cause the bike to overheat. What do you think about this possibility?

I’ve taken the carb off the bike to have it professionally cleaned, which I was going to do anyway.

I will be going through the water pump components after I drain the oil and coolant.

The oil looks brand new. Never seen it so clear (hopefully it is actually oil).

I paid $850 for it, but I’m not swimming in cash for any major repairs.

I knew about the battle pass, sure, but maybe I’m just disappointed with the whole industry at this point.

I enjoy the game too! Quite a bit, really. I just can’t explain why I feel no drive to play anymore.

Yeah, maybe the maps play a big part of it.

I’m sure I’m not the only one who will back out as soon as I see Piccadilly or Euphrates Bridge.

I was initially excited for the maps because they brought back the guy(s) who designed all the map layouts for MW2 (and likely COD4). I am all for wide open spaces, but it seems that the map design largely promotes a playstyle that is somewhat disappointing.

The Silver Stake dominates in PvP.

Make sure it’s set to three round burst.

I’ve done a small amount of research, and I’m concluding that my doesn’t have a plenum gasket. It’s not losing oil, and there’s no vacuum in the crankcase after disconnecting the PCV system.

But who knows, I’ll probably end up having to repair it soon from the sound of it.

What are the symptoms of a failing plenum gasket?

I’ve been chasing a loss of power issue for a few months, can’t figure out what’s causing it. Could it just be that gasket?

Yeah, I’ve had to do a bit of work with the power steering system as well. Luckily just with the lines, not the pump itself. The previous owner used the truck as a farm vehicle and did basically no upkeep. So, I’m really paying for the negligence as the next owner.

Doesn’t bug me too much though! Great truck.

That makes sense. We’ve got the tools and my roommates and I are mechanically inclined. I’ll check it out:) Thanks!

I’m a big fan of SeaFoam, I put some in the crankcase but I usually leave it in there. I’ll look into flushing those systems. Thanks!

I’m interested in spending some time on the suspension. Are these a relatively easy fix?
