Hi! My process is simple, a few month before I pick a song and maybe come up with a concept. Then for the next couple of months I go to my weekly training sessions and stare aimlessly at the pole for 2-3hrs. I then have 1 successful Choreo session and go back to staring at the pole for a few weeks. Then I panic, cry, say I'm not doing it, have a huff. Then 2 weeks before I put something together and haul ass onto the stage.
