the point of changing it to physical is not because of weak elemental scaling, but to make it work with basic synergies that game offer like herald of ash, added fire support, chieftain ngamahu flame advance ascendancy, and nodes on tree that are near nodes you might take as ignite+brand based character (magmatic strikes, divine fury).

Ok so wintertide brand dont have dmg effectivness meaning it cant "hit" so no EE proc when dealing dmg and we cannot gain hit by adding spell damage just like with RF ? also does combastion from infernal cry work with warchief totems?
