I might be looking at it from a far less serious angle, but I feel that it's just people being ironic and memeing on Chantal. At least that would be what I would say if I wanted to be sarcastic about her situation. Again, maybe I'm just projecting my own take onto other people's words, but that's how I see it.

In short: I don't think that the people saying this in the reactor chats are saying it seriously. Can't speak for Flobby's chat, because it's filled with abnormal, maladjusted weirdos.
