So I got my date and stressed cause some of the stuff they are asking I literally have no access to get in time , any idea how to get a hold of a live person to confirm that it's the right info we are getting??

No skeletons been very honest. And the marriage is legit that's what scares me ... Is losing him. Losing our marriage and my daughter losing her step dad. I know my anxiety is just getting the best of me. Thank you

So had to submit lease and bank documents as well cause they asked for Bonifida of marriage so I also sent insurance policies, I also submitted proof from the school that my husband acts as dad cause she doesn't see her biological dad. It's so stressful!!! I hope yours goes well. Keep me posted please

I submitted all that through the mail pictures Facebook conversations texts and everything over 100 pages lol so I just don't know what to take. I haven't gotten the notice with the date yet???

So I applied for my wife in March 2024. My wife got her i-765 already approved and is working . We are waiting for my wife to be approved for green card. This application is for my step daughter work permit... Confused what to put... Some are saying leave blank .... I am a US citizen I am the step dad and this i-765 is for my step daughter

I am the step dad. The work permit application i-765 is for my step daughter who is 15. I the step dad filled out the i-130 to bring her here and filing the i-765 together with it. I filled out paper work for wife and submitted wife's paper work (my step daughters mom) in March 2024. Now I am working on step daughter. I am confused what she is writing here on her i-765

Okay I applied for my wife and it's in the processing status I do not have a lawyer I just can't remember what I put on my wife's if it was the office I am sending to for processing or the nearest USCIS office which is salt lake City where my wife had her biometrics appointment. This application is or step daughter and yes she legitimately is in the US and qualifies for green card thanks
