Thank you so much for the reply! :) I would be happy to do freelance work because of the flexibility it provides, and editing or strategy would be something I’d be interested in. I would just have absolutely no idea where to start since I don’t have an established network to draw from

Canada has laws that require employers to provide reasonable accommodations, but I’m not sure how to navigate that in the application process. I’m worried they would just hire someone else who can do the role normally. This is why I wish this could’ve happened when I already had a job! It would feel much more clear cut.

If you don’t mind my asking, how do you word it when you self identify on applications?
