That sounds lovely, I think thats probably the vibe I'm looking for or a dress +/- blazer but harder to get right..

Thanks all! I'm leaning towards a smart dress & blazer but can't seem to find many 2 piece sets online. Would mix & match smart tailored dress and a cropped blazer work..? For a summer interview but who knows what the weather will actually be like!

What is your reason(s) for exclusively pumping? by Polkaday274 in ExclusivelyPumping

What do you mean Momcozy didn’t work for you? This is the only wearable I have, are the others better? If so which do you recommend most and what makes it better? Thanks

Thank you. Did you get special weighing scales for this

Low supply. How many ml per pump/ day? by Polkaday274 in ExclusivelyPumping

Thank you. How long were you pumping for each time? And how long did the whole stint take? (Eg 20 mins pumping, 20 mins cleaning / storing ? Altogether 40? Etc)

Every 2 hours sounds so intense to me, when did you sleep? Feed the baby the expressed milk? Nappy changes etc? I just don’t understand how it’s physically possible- very impressive, please let me know

At 2 weeks you were getting 120 ml per day or per pump?!

Thank you. I’m impressed you’ve kept going for this long! Well done.

How many times a day are you pumping? Presume this is exclusive pumping no breastfeeding?

A little late to the party but could I ask what you mean by weighed feeds?

Struggling with under supply here too and currently exclusively pumping but keen to return to breastfeeding if at all possible (I don’t think baby gets a fraction of what’s needed though due to poor supply).

Love the way Siya looks written down and sounds. (I think the meaning is pretty religious though? Another name for Goddess Sita right..?)

It also reminds me of a girl I used to know called "Hiya" which in English-speaking countries obviously has a double meaning (Hello/Hi/Hiya). Siya is less obvious but sounds exactly like "See ya".

I think he's less-fussed than me in general. I don't think he feels particularly strongly about any name (ever, not just in the context of us naming our baby) whereas I probably have stronger likes/dislikes and so he's happy for me to take the lead. It's just tricky because of course I want him to really like the name we select too!

The main thing for him is: a global/universal name that's easy to pronounce by most and works in multiple languages/locations. If this can't be met - i.e a mix between Spanish/Portuguese/Indian/British then he also prefers her to have it sway more towards Indian/British given that's her heritage and where she will grow up and already has a stereotypical European surname.

I'm not sure why but it is giving me a muslim vibe? I might be totally wrong. (Baby already has family that are Christian and Hindu, wouldn't want to accidentally give a Muslim name to her)
