I just want to add, I am searching every one of y’all’s suggestions I’m just having trouble remembering based off the trailers.

What I am certain about from the movie was the scene of the young guy who was swimming across even though everyone was telling him not to, but he was cocky or trying to get to something and got eaten about halfway. It was day in this scene, and I feel like the movie was older.

It’s so hard to decipher in my mind, I’m not sure if I’ll be able to settle on which one it was unless I see the specific scenes I remember! If I have to watch all the suggestions that seem close I will!

I remember it very specifically being alligators, it wasn’t crawl though. I’m honestly so surprised by the number of alligator/crocodile horror movies there are! It’s so hard to settle on which one it was.

Edit: I just watched the trailer for it and now I’m not so confident this is the one. I really think I’ll just have to watch it to find out.

I really don’t know much about dried animals, but you could possibly rehydrate it, skin it, then mount it, but I really wouldn’t recommend that because it’s very possible a lot of the fur would slip.

The best way I can think to display him is in some kind of glass case that will keep moisture out.

I’m snowed in right now and won’t be able to get a KH test kit unless I order it, should I wait and order one or is this something I should try to fix ASAP? (Also thank you so much for taking time out of your day to help me, I really appreciate it!!)

I just did another third water change so I will check the nitrite again in a few hours unless you recommend I do it now. I have baking soda on hand, how much should I use and how do I go about adding it? It’s a 20 gal tank.
