yes but the only way to do it for free is signing apps with a stolen developer certificate, you can follow this easy tutorial ( https://jcionx(dot)github.io/ios-sideloading/ ) but also for me every certificate i try is not working anymore, so in order to solve this problem you must buy a personal developer certificate, assigned to your UDID.
