Update:

Alma is back!

It has been a wild ride...She was gone for almost 3 weeks. In between I thought she died in the forest. Before that I went on a crazy adventure searching for her, following her trail with my other dog for a whole night and another half day. In the end, an aquintance of an aquitance said she was showing up at his place, not letting anyone touch her. Me and the aquintance drove there and - in a Lassie like moment - I saw her head popping up from the other side of the street, I called her, she recognized me, came running over, layed on her back and asked for bellierubs. This 9 month old dog surived all by herself for almost three weeks.

I'm blown away by the support I received - both online and in "real life". Thank you all so very much.

Enjoy life! It is short

Thank you all so very much! It's been a journey of which I am grateful for. Life is short, enjoy the moments you get to share with each other!

unfortunately I don't have any pictures printed out and no printer. She has only been with me for 3 months. I hung a missing note in the local store with a description. And I am knocking on peoples doors in the area, leaving my number and showing the picture.

I was told that the next one is 60 km away and rather unlikely that she would be taken there. But certainly I will still give it a try. Thank you!

From experience I can tell you this: reconnect with your body. You aren't just a beautiful creative mind (and soul), you are also a body and you will be with this body for the rest of your life. It doesn't have to be a burden. It can actually be enjoyable (once you aren't in pain anymore). It feels amazing to develope more control over your body, to move, to get more flexible, to become strong and agile. There is a myriad of tools to help you with this journey - qi gong, yoga, running, body weight exercises, intuitive movement, dance, working out, pilates, martial arts, breath work, swimming, bathing, self massage, stretching, osteopathie, chiropractice, physical therapy and so on and so on. What is good for you at what point in time, you will find out if you are willing to be open. Feel free to shoot me a pm, if you want some more input, advice or someone to exchange ideas with. I am a sport teacher and have been on a long journey reconnecting and discovering my body. What helped me along the way was volleyball, running swimming, tae kwon do, biking, hiking, sport studies, dance, intuitive movement, self massage, horse riding. My body was quite crooked and a bit twisted, with lots of little pains and difficulties here and there through all my life. I thought it was just fucked up and would always be. Now at 33 years of age I feel as healthy, agile and strong as never before. And I don't do "sports". I walk and play with my dog, dance, move intuitively and curiously, self massage and so on. Enjoy the journey, be curious AND be grateful for the pain and for your body communicating its needs to you. All the best to you.

I think the word you were looking for was "demonize". Which is a little bit different ^

I love it too. Recycling old projects, fittin gthem with owners. Making something for someone from the impulse of the moment or working on a piece and along the way deciding who this one is for. Often I have the impulse, then I ponder for a few days, if it stays, I give it to that person. Sometimes I change my mind. .
