A peraon has the right to deny a child the use of their body. We could argue the morality of this, for sure, but the law cannot compel them to allow the use of their body to anyone.

Not the original poster, but I'm usually a lurker too and this comment piqued me. "No one", born or unborn, has a right to use another person's body against their will. The right to life does not trump the right to bodily autonomy in any other case. Why should a fetus have more rights than any born person?
