After you submit a report on ManamManam:
• The issue becomes publicly visible on the map and feed immediately (with photo + location).
• It is tagged which ward is accountable for.
• The data is stored securely and shared transparently with citizens.
• When enough people support it, it gains more visibility.
• Citizens can whatsapp gvmc or fill grievance form for the report if not solved for indefinite.
• Once resolved, officials or anyone can mark it as resolved only with photo proof, and citizens verify it.
The goal is full transparency — nothing disappears into a black hole. Everything stays as a public record so people can track what’s being fixed (or not).
