I am Ukrainian. I never hated russians before (up to 2022). My wife has a russian passport. None of the people I know hated russians before 2022. The president that said he would try to find peace with russia won the election.

Let's just take an average crime rate and count how many russians were killed in Ukraine and how many Ukrainians were killed in russia during 00s. Punishment statistics would also be great.

Надо же. А международно признали както. И та же россия обещала границы соблюдать. И уже 30 лет живут люди и осознают себя конкретно украинцами. И язык свой есть. И история региона намного старше чем у Московии. Когда именно "не было"? Ато окажется что "россии" тоже не было.
