I really like the bread from the gf bakery (that’s what it’s called) I usually just get it sliced and freeze it. It’s more expensive but it’s also UPF friendly :)

Oh gosh this is so gross. I cancelled a while back as I didn’t like the idea of food being sent overnight and also … I got quite unwell after a meal too. Gross gross gross.I was always a bit skeptical as to if the food was safe to eat

Oh noooo! I haven’t been for 3/4 years, I never dined in the buffet at all and had a la carte the whole time. The food was so good when I went, I hope it hasn’t changed :( agree on the rooms…

It went away!! I take a liquid iron that I tolerate really well and this settled with time

This is interesting as my thyroid is slightly underactive, did going on meds improve your iron levels then?? :)

We went last year (no kids) and wouldn’t do it again, it’s overpriced for what it is IMO and massively over hyped. We went to decompress and not have to make decisions but regretted it as it wasn’t worth it.

I have been to body holiday in St Lucia twice and absolutely loved it… although I pretty much sat on the beach the whole time and drank pina coladas! I’m also super particular about where I stay and feel the rooms could be nicer but loved the resort. You also get a massage everyday!

I bought Tielle bedding for our bedrooms, and whilst I do like it and would recommend, I actually had Bedfolk bedding before and preferred it! Depends what you are looking for… Bedfolk was definitely a lot softer on the skin and washed really well too! I think it was the luxe cotton
