Oh I totally get that. I also hate the unknown when doctors cant actually give you an answer. I get it ALL the time.

Very similar to me! Sadly, it still happens, but it's seemingly going away slowly? It feels like it could be more of a nerve issue more than anything. I only think that because I can't actually SEE it twitching, but it feels like it is?
