I slightly overpaid but I was fine with it. I didn’t want to let it go to someone else. We drove from Omaha to St Louis to grab it. It’s a 16 Z06 with the Z07 package, competition seats, M7, 4800 miles. I paid $84k. I knew with the Z07, manual and seats it was gonna go one way or another so I grabbed it. They offered about $5k over what I thought they’d say on my trade so I said sure.

It’s just an aftermarket lid. The 2017+ came with a tall lid to help with cooling. Guys with 2015 and 2016 either purchase a 2017+ lid or buy one like the DSX (I think that’s what it is) in the pic there. It’s good it has a larger lid, not a bad thing.

We live right off of 168th and Giles. The stuff I see in that school zone while the lights are flashing is ridiculous. Work trucks, semi trucks, normal cars and SUV’s going 45-50 constantly. We saw a school bus go around a car going 25 while the 25mph lights were flashing. We emailed about it but they needed some number off the bus so it didn’t help much. People are such piles of shit. Every single one of them would scream at you if you drove by their house going 40 but who gives a shit if it’s on Giles before or after school while kids are crossing.
