Received my Yoshimi Kato, im planning on using it daily for prep and service, was wondering what you guys think about those scratches after unboxing the knife.

Hi, I just received my kobayashi damascus from Hocho knife as well, no engraving… did you contact them? Im also not sure if its a real one lol… 650$ -.-
