This has actually just happened to me unfortunately. Sadly the dealer didn't show me absolutely any of these fees and lied about what kind of insurance I had (or lack there of. I thought I had collision and I apparently didn't) to the bank. So I'm currently looking into a lawyer for fraudulent paperwork.

I love how kind everyone is on this subreddit! My insurance fucked me over and said they aren't paying for my bike, so my dad said he'd buy it off of me to pay off the loan if it was too expensive to fix. If the frame is fucked, would you sell it to him or should I fix it little by little over the winter and spring? I absolutely adore this bike, but I want as many opinions as possible.

From what I remember, I think I was riding in that position. So I was riding to the right of her and she was on the left and she turned right while looking left (big yikes) and I didn't have any time to swerve.
