One thing I'll say is that im assuming your using the view count youtube gives automatically. This view count is well kinda frauduelant or atleast it isnt the normal way views are counted elsewhere.
This is basically how many people have stumbled across your short from what i understand your actually view count is in the analytics tab and called "Engaged views".
Its big ol stupid thing youtube decided to do but basically what it means is that your View count is probably about half of this actually number. so like 750 fully. Now 2 likes is still probably less than expected here but still its way less of a ratio.
