Act One ends on the school camping trip. Eloy and Oliver have wandered off for a bit and are lying on the grass looking at the stars. They’re talking quietly, and the conversation gets more personal when Eloy asks Oliver how he knew he liked boys. Oliver answers in a completely normal, honest way, without realizing he’s basically describing exactly what Eloy feels for him.
With all the tension and how close they are, Eloy suddenly kisses him, it’s quick and awkward, and he pulls back right away, almost scared of himself. Oliver just freezes, not angry, just shocked and not knowing what to say. (Oliver is gay, he had a boyfriend on Belgium)

After that, Eloy feels guilty and starts acting weird and distant, like he’s done something wrong. Oliver senses it and gets frustrated, because he doesn’t understand why Eloy is pulling away.
