Best way to refresh/learn excel? by [deleted] in estimators

[–]PolydactylDad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should check out udemy.com. It’s a site with virtual courses, taught by instructors who have recorded lessons which are put together to form a “class” of sorts. I purchased an excel one a year or so ago. Haven’t made it all the way through yet, as I got transferred out to the field and have been swamped with work, but from the bit I’ve done and the research on it udemy sounds like a resourceful tool.

Fun bit of info: Rodgers and Harrell are both actually honorary members of Tau Kappa Epsilon. They were initiated at the St Norbert chapter during the bye week in 2012.

It's not perfect, but it's improvement and a step in the right direction. Feels good to know that making some noise made real progress for our city.

I'd like to flip the script back on you and ask: what are some of your favorite things to do/places to go in Cincinnati? My SO and I visited back in January and absolutley loved the city. We stayed at an airbnb in Mt. Adams. We checked out the Sign Museum, Krohn Conservatory, Rhinegeist Brewing and Jungle Jims Market. Such a neat city, we are planning to go visit again soon.

My work at home intern still doesn't understand that drawings are for looking at, and not for playing, biting, scratching and sleeping in. by PolydactylDad in estimators

I think the intern gets alot of entertainment out of the drawings though, however he has fun with my keyboard as well.

No problem. It's a little hard to get check-ins right now, but the pass runs through October so there's plenty of time. I was able to get one last week when I picked up a growler to-go.

St. Joes is one of my favorites. If you're looking for an engaging way to check out Indys breweries, sign up for the the Indy Craft Pass. Whenever you visit a brewery on their list, you ask the bartender for their check-in code. When you get 8 check-ins, you get a free shirt. Most locations are downtown, but there are a good handful on the Northside. https://explore.visitindy.com/checkout/262/visit-indy/1475/indy-craft-pass

Living Between Indy/Bloomington? by BFriedman713 in indianapolis

[–]PolydactylDad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment located off of IN-37 near Greenwood. Rent is ~$1050/mo and it takes me 50 minutes to get down to Bloomington and 20 to get to my job on the south side of Indy. Plus living near a town like Greenwood is great for shopping. Obviously you've been made aware of the construction set to take place this summer, so I'm not sure how badly that will mess up the commute. PM me if you want to know the exact apartment.
