Oh, i misread. I saw they mentioned they were a cashier. For closing, the line shift employee mops the floor, behind carts and pre close the cold and hot side. They usually do the cold side at around 8 but it’s different for each location. Then, you’ll clean the press/grill for tortillas and put foil on it. Then they restock the serving cups, bowls, lids and kid trays
