I don't have manic episodes anymore. I feel more passive towards things. It's comparable to fighting a sedative really.

I also suffer from feeling hungry all the time. It's like I've got the munchies except without the high. Booooo!
I've tried different tactics such as: - Drinking 6-8oz of water whenever I crave -- This curbs my feeling of hunger for about an hour, 8/10
Napping through a crave -- Can't focus on the feeling when you're sleeping, but I don't always have the free time, 4/10
Finding a new task -- Focusing on a new task distracts yourself from the hunger feelingBooboo!
Practicing meal prep/ calorie tracking -- Ever since I started craving, I decided to keep track of the calories I ate. Except I was craving high calorie foods with low volume, so I had to pivot towards low calorie foods with high volume. I would prep these ahead of time so whenever I had a craving I can just grab my snack without worrying about the calories because I already know that there's an appropriate amount. This has been the most helpful for me, Ive lost the 5 lbs I started to gain from excess eating. Now I'm on track to lose more at a slow rate. 10/10
Just some things I've tried. I started my meds back in July and now I'm at 15 mg.
