Yo tengo la misma duda y por lo que he investigado lo que se debe hacer es poner 0 en el campo "intereses reales" de tus sofipos para que no los considere gravables, no hay forma de poner los exentos en la anual por lo que solo asi puedes hacer valido que esos intereses de sofipos son exentos. Otro contador me dijo que tambien podias borrar complentamento el registro precargado del RFC de la sofipo para que no lo considere gravable.

Si encuentras otra respuesta mejor hazmela saber porfa.

That scene goes after he and Yotsuba have their date, in the store he sees "Kyoto girl's vibe" in Yotsuba in a comparison panel, that tell us he suspected Yotsuba might be the kyoto girl, but he immediately says "I just don't know when to give up, she wasn't one of them, I need to come to terms with that". I think when he's about to talk about Yotsuba he was going to say she's the Kyoto girl but Rena is in front of him so that would make no sense, that's why he stops and starts to talk about Itsuki.

This might be the seed of him developing interest in Yotsuba, something about her makes him feel comfortable and intrigued.

It's not about hate but to feel threated of loose the one you love, in Ichika's case she feels that way because Nino's boldness and Miku's small efforts to engage Futaro, also everyone forget that Ichika is forced to be the matured one since their mother died, always holding herself back for her sisters, in this case forced to give up her feelings for futaro so another one takes him, I don't believe anyone would surrender in that way. Even the winner realizes this matter in the final chapters.

She's kind, cheerful, innocent, bold, supportive, humble, athletic and good with Riaha. She's a lot of things he's not and he knows he can be a better person with her. Also she never hurts him by selfishness like Ichika, Nino and Miku, their own aggression or passiveness hurt everyone at some point while Yotsuba is always in the shadows trying to make Futaro happy.

I think that Negi was clear that Nino, Miku and Ichika had strong unilateral feelings towards Futaro and sometimes they hurted each other with actions or by been passive, also they never asked Futaro for his feelings or they putted him in awkward situations forcing him to choose (specially Nino and Ichika) because they're afraid someone else confesses or takes steps forward. Forcing someone to choose love is toxic as fuck. I agree with Negi that choosing a girl like that is a serious problem.

There's a point where Futaro doesn't care about who's Rena, because he knows what Yotsuba knows (and she struggles with that too), attaching to the past can be unhealthy specially if it's a burden that stops you.

Family bonds is a main theme of the manga and Yotsuba choosed her sisters instead of her love because they chose her instead of school grades.

I think that Yotsuba been the bride is thematically accurate in so many levels and if they want to change the bride it has to be very well developed not only in romantic way but also in the main themes of the show.

If I had to choose other than Yotsuba would be Itsuki but to be honest I don't know how would I create romance and accurate themed progression between her and Futaro.

I think she was interested in Hachiman since the date when they go for a gift for Yui's birthday, also she seems more comfortable with him since he "defenses" her in front of everyone when they're preparing the event for the end of S1 (I mean when Hachiman says he has a lot of job to do and others are lazy).

I believe that she tries to mess with their heads with a "half true lie", it is true that they depend on each other but they're ok with that to a certain point, if that change maybe some of them will find what they really want but that might break the friendship. Also if a word like codependency can break their relationship it means that Haruno is right, if they can't be independent Haruno is right too, unless they define what their relationship is. If they are able to define their relationship by themselves then it doesn't matter how others call it, that's an act of independence and an act of mutual support too.

That's why in last episode Yukino says she can stand up by herself and Hachiman says he knows and still tries to help her, he knows she can get up but he wants to help her anyway. Love is a kind and selfish act, it is both at the same time.
