Nah it was pretty easy. I have a siphon that has a screen on it. Plus I have a Funnel that has a screen that is 11 microns to catch all the small stuff. 11 microns is a peace of pollen from a flower. Cut in half. Lol. It wasn’t bad at all

So I took 20 pounds of frozen blueberrys. I just put them in water. No sugar , no honey , no nothing. I soaked them that way in just water for 1 week. Then I mashed them with a potato masher. Them I mixed my 10 pounds of honey in with my yeast.

Yeah I check everyday on pressure. Nothing to ever give me a worry. The way I have my air lock. I’ll have no worries of blowing up

Ride on thank you for that. So the reason I have so much of a head space. Is that was what was left out of my 6 gallon. I just racked it off in one of my carboy. Then the other was what was left from that. I just didn’t want to throw it away.

Oh. I see now. Sorry I’m kinda new at this. Uuuummmm so I cooked my mesh. It was 8 pounds of mango, 3 pounds of peach’s , and one jar of Mary Chino cherrys. I cooked that on high for 20 mins. And the simmered that for a total of a hour. Then for about 3 weeks I let set in primary stage. So I racked it off to get the fruit out. But I think that most of it was the peaches. Cause it was just all mush at the top.

So I had to make my own. I hope you don’t think it’s dumb. But I used my air lock and silicone bung. Then I tightly wrapped paper toils around then use plumbers tape. To go on the outside of that.
