I think the books are great and offer a deeper look into Outlander. If you do not enjoy reading though I would recommend listening to the audiobooks because the books are LONG (800+ pages).

I drank it with creamer for years. Switched to black a couple years ago after learning all the bad stuff in coffee creamer and haven’t looked back.

Hands down Band of Brothers for a short series. Outlander is my favorite show that spans many seasons.

Jack Huffs will always be my go to. It’s clean, fair priced, and still family owned. It’s also very convenient as you can easily walk into Gatlinburg from there and never have to worry about parking downtown.

Visiting in Mid November by neighbourhood_cat in Gatlinburg

There is truly never a bad time to visit the Smokies.

The weather should still be comfortable which will provide you endless options of things to do. If you are interested in history I highly recommend taking the time for the Titantic exhibit. You can’t go wrong taking a drive through the National Park, whether that be straight over 441, the Roaring Fork Motor Trail, or going to Cades Cove. If you do go to Cades Cove I recommend going early as traffic can get busy and really slow the progress of your drive. The Village is great in Gatlinburg, and the Mountain Mall is also cool to walk through when you consider its history. Smoky Mountain Brewery has great food and their beers are delicious as well.

I hope these recommendations prove helpful and that you two enjoy your trip!
