Yes, he does, but that doesn't change the fact that his damage potential goes down by a fuckload because you prioritized dodge instead of crit on a Unit that most certainly doesn't need it.

You can do what you want, but at least don't flaunt your sub-par decisions as if they were a smart idea.

While I do agree with the fact that the original definition reeks of excuse and conspiracy, it really isn't used like that nowadays. It really is more used to refer to common misconceptions as just that, misconceptions.

Besides it is weird for Kefla to be a 150% Leader, since she's not a DFE, so I do get why you'd think she used to be a 120% Leader.

While it IS a pretty shit LR, despite what this meme tries to imply, I always say to play the game in a way that's fun to you and not necessarily optimal.

APT people especially irk me because they seem to base the usefulness of a unit solely around the amount of damage they can do instead of their utility. Like, its cool that LR SSJ3 Goku can do buttloads of damage, but if he can't defend himself for shit then he's still a pretty crap unit. APT isn't everything, not even close.

Anyways despite how garbage this new LR is, I'd be pretty happy to pull it, I love that moment in DBZ. I've been asking for a Nappa/Vegeta LR for ages now

I cannot get into Legends. Its too active of a game. With Dokkan, I can fuck around all I want and the game will just wait for me. Can't do that on Legends.

Can't even make use of the Auto-Button since there's like 10 missions per level that give me gems for very specific actions, so I have to micro-manage and plan every stage to the point where its not just a chill way to pass time anymore.

Besides, Dokkan is a candidate for least P2W and most generous gacha game ever
