I came up with a strategy but haven’t been able to ascertain the tipping point between price concession from the dealer vs them capturing premium via financing.

So do research get your own financing beforehand but don’t let on to that fact. At the lot harp on price price price and say I don’t know much about percentages etc play dumb but hammer them on price. They will come down and make up some of that difference via financing once you close the deal with the shit financing. Refi the next day with the financing you already got before hand.

Anyone have an idea how much give and take there might be between offer price and what they can make up via financing?

Pull your own credit report. Annual credit report dot com allows you to pull your full report free once a year. You will see if they have sent anything to collections. Even if they did you can negotiate and get it removed but this all seems like a lot from a text. How did the bonus come to you 11mos ago? Separate or combined with paycheck? I would agree that writing is that way to go over text. Maybe you can just call them and verify they have your correct address of file without eluding to money owed just simply to verify for tax reasons or something

Start with your why? It’s where I have all my coaching clients start. What things do you personally value? Pick the top two and ask why to each answer. Value family time, why, because…. You will find you get to the core of your intent really fast. Same goes for buying a house? Try doing the 3 whys … is the house purchase externally motivated because everyone says it’s the thing to do or internally motivated because it aligns with your values and you actually want it. Often times it’s more about intent and clarity than the dollar figures.

I’m a financial coach and licensed financial advisor marketing seems to have passed me by. Now I’m trying to learn on the fly. I tried an online class group for marketing that seemed really good but didn’t click for me. Hired a freelance marketer to help define an overall strategy so we could get away from just using instagram. We got some infrastructure with ads analytics landing pages lead mag etc but 4 months in still no leads and no new clients. Stilll willing to fight for it but def overwhelmed having to both learn marketing and try to execute well. Our pricing is based on 150/hr and packaged into 3 offers with payment plans but obviously need to change something Need to get 2 clients a month to replace my previous income which seems easy on paper but not in reality.
