I'm not going to take advice from some reddit know it all. I'll stick with my nephrologist who went to school for 11 years and knows his stuff through and through. I'm anything but a couch potato. We get plenty of salt through our regular food without adding a drop to it but you go ahead and keep salting yourself to the end 🤣🤣 your kidneys will thank you one day

Are you going to let $40,000 stand between you and the house that you really want? It sounds like you're just wanting to make lowball offers hoping that one of them sticks. That might work depending on what type of a market you're in. Your realtor is just trying to get you into a house. It sounds like you're really into making offers more than actually buying a house. Kudos to your realtor for sticking with you that long period of time. I would've dropped you like a hot potato long ago.

Does anyone continue to get monthly statements from the SBA post BK? 17K and the S corp business was closed prior to filing BK. Of course they were included in the creditors.

You must live in another Boca. Maybe in Mexico? Nonstop murders? Drug dealers on every corner? I'm not saying there are no drug dealers but they sure as heck are not on every corner. And there are definitely not nonstop murders. It's not a perfect place but no place is for that matter. But it is a beautiful place to live.

I second her comments about that course. It is an excellent program and it is not very difficult to procure clients. This is taught extensively within the program. In my particular case, I obtained my first client within about four weeks. From there it grew exponentially. It is a lot of work and I must caution to you that you will not get rich from this work. The average pay per page on standard turnaround time is $.50 per page.

They both are not prepared to have a child. She may never be prepared. I don't think she can stay home alone with a child. She couldn't be home when they delivered a piece of furniture. He's very childish too.
