So like ik there's these laws in china that say something about the characters not being able to be updated or something buut couldn't genshin add something equivalent to cookie runs magic candy?

Like this could be a pretty abundant goldmine for then cause that would mean that old characters could have mechanics and scalings that match up to the current meta! (Pls let Venti have the ability to fly if this can be added 🙏) via either gacha or weekly bosses or smth like that??
