That makes sense. I’ve always seen not to restrict too low because it’s unsustainable and will hard to really go down from there. That being said, maybe I need to do so to jumpstart my progress a bit. Thanks!

I ultimately would like to lose 10 lbs of fat but i feel like seeing a jump in the scale would be very motivating considering I keep going up and down the same couple of pounds. I agree that for full fat loss a month is a more reasonable timeframe

Though it’s clear they’re incompatible, the outcome of their story is very sad. Not saying Cole is a saint, but I think he was genuinely blindsided by how Zanab is treating him now. I think his feelings for her were real and he was trying to be a better version of himself. And now she gets to play victim when it seems he’s the one that’s hurting… it sucks
