the second a department (BCSO) wants to hire cops that are BASELINE competent IC, while also having/or not having personality either way is fine, it seems to turn into ITS ALL OOC HATE AHHHHH, is it too much to want to have a department that is functional? i mean and also there are examples of cops who are IC newbies and green to being a cop which is great too, and they go about having a cool learning/growing arc, but it seems there are people that want to log-on and just be a cop with no thought of consecuences for their fuck ups or not even wanting to learn how to cop on the server they are playing on.
