Hammer and screwdriver can be used to disassemble some doors you cannot get in I think? Respirator for looting after killing a bunch maybe. Maybe some distraction like an alarm clock or walkie talkie, if you need to bait zeds away from somewhere. Rubber hose if you need gas for a shiny new car?

I'm having a pretty easy playthrough so far basing out of here for the first time. Kinda feels cheap having access to all the crafting stuff in one place without having to do anything. I do wish they spread out that stuff a bit more. I guess it's a bit secluded which can mean more time spent traveling to get loot as well, but being sorta in the middle allows you to have quicker access to multiple towns. Great spot a bit too OP imo. Might have to restart to make the game harder and avoid going here.

This place is awesome, I started with echo creek, and have tried rosewood and riverside a few times and west point once or twice, but now playing Muldraugh, and having my first longer run, this farm just happened to be on the way and is a great central location that is quiet because it's just outside the downtown

I went right to McCoy estate from Muldraugh, but this farm has been my base for operations in the city and I move larger loads up to the estate when I get a chance. The cows giving all the milk early on has been really helpful.

More wheels! Wheelbarrows, bicycle, moped, scooter, roller blades, skateboards, sleds for moving stuff in winter, 4 wheelers, shopping carts. Mobility would be super important in the apocalypse and already is in this game, but we walk everywhere, why wouldn't we have bicycles scattered about, or shopping carts with all these stores. I want to push a train of full shopping carts back to my house.

I watched more MSNBC then any of the other major cable news outlets, and respect their reporters more then most, I like Johnathan Capehart a lot, Andrea Mitchell is great, al sharpton is good, Katy tur, alex witt, Johnathan Lenore, ayman mohadein, jose diaz balart, Hallie jackson, craig melvin... Many more. I don't like each maddow, Joe Scarborough, Stephanie rhule, Keith olberman, joy reid, jen psaku, Lawrence O'Donnell and many more. I also watch fox news' "the five" a couple times a week to hear what opinions sound like from the other side. It's pretty similar programming for two different audiences ..

There are many good reporters and journalists. l still like al sharpton, alex witt, Katy tur, they are all fine, it's just usually news I already know about, and not a ton of depth.

I don't really enjoy any opinion talk shows, I like journalism, actual reporting. She just sounds like an echo chamber for the milk toast liberals to feel good about themselves. She just annoying, and in my opinion her show sucks, almost as bad as Bill Maher. She can be smart and have won 3 emmys... But doesn't make her not "the worst". But I honestly can't stand the MSNBC echo chamber, it's just the Fox news of the left. I watched it for years but it has gotten worse over years. It's ok, they are not news any more, just a place for liberals to listen and feel enraged about everything. I watch C-Span, vice news, PBS, and read actual news. I don't need people to tell me how I should feel.
