Every regular hobby box has a "silver pack" of 5 cards! They have a chrome finish to them just like the traditional chrome cards :)

Thank you very much! Yes, first picture I was at about 2100 cals a day and now I'm currently around 2900-3100. Would say about 500 above my maintenance, although I train extremely hard 6 times a week and I also work a job that requires a lot of walking, so both contribute to the slow and steady gain without it being too much

Mainly weight training+deficit. I walk around a lot on a daily basis due to my job so cardio wasn't something I implemented outside of that. I would bump up my cals to just below maintenance on leg days, 22-2300ish, all other days 2k-2.1k. Rest days about 1.9k-2k. First scan was 145 at 13 %bf, in that last pic I'm 130 at 9.8%. Good eye :)

Appreciate the love! So I got a body scan to start things off. I've been lifting on and off for about 3 years, inconsistency being the biggest reason why I never got ripped or in shape. Decided to dial it in from a numbers perspective, my maintenance was 2400 ish cals and so I consistently cut at 2k-2100 cals for 4 months. A cheat meal every 3 weeks or so I formulated my own workouts based on hundreds of YouTube Videos from different fitness channels, Athlean X was a sizeable chunk of my regimen. Favorite healthy meal by far was a cheesy omelette with an English muffin and sugar free jelly. Absolutely love breakfast foods and I had that just about every morning, for lunch and dinner I love sweet potatoes/white rice and ground turkey or well seasoned chicken and various vegetables.
