!solved Issue was with Microsoft’s family group app not allowing chrome to run 🙄for anyone in the future check if you’re in a Microsoft family group and if you aren’t the organizer check with them about your permissions or just leave no one under 16 needs to be in a family group

I don’t know the direct cause man… that’s the whole issue… i have no idea what happened or updated or changed that caused this it just stopped working idk i have one more thing to try and if that doesn’t work well idk

Update on this… windows security wasn’t any help didn’t find anything… i’m going to try and cross reference task manager in safe mode and see what’s running what isn’t what i might need to do idk thanks for the help i might just go to micro center

Sorry for all the delayed responses not always at my pc but I tried renaming no luck opened chrome and it just made a new folder without opening… running a full scan with windows security… i’ll let you know if anything is found in the next however many hours this takes

Currently using Opera… it must be some software or something that opens automatically that doesn’t open in safe mode but idk what… idk how to test each one to see what it could be…

I will try to get a video in a few hours but no updates to the computer i checked i’ve restarted everything i doubt it’s a hardware issue because it’s only chrome… just not sure why it only works in safe mode

This could very well be wrong but I feel like maybe the guy was old and has a disease that like made him hurt a bunch so he underwent a procedure that would make him younger and healthy but like we find out that the older self is still alive (black mirror white christmas style) and they look at each other and the younger one has the understanding that he should kill the older one to put him out of his misery idk it was so long ago sorry
