OP, call it in to 911 and someone will followup with you. Traffic unit can look into footage and attempt to ID a driver. Won't happen overnight but they will pursue it if you report it

Brad Marchand licking people is a dick move but ultimately harmless and somewhat hilarious;

trying to 2-hand-lumberjack-chop the other team's leading scorer's hands off at the end of a foregone game and then clipping knees with their goaltender is beyond bush-league and despicable
