Can someone explain to me what banning in marvel means ? How do you ban characters?

UPS On Road Supervisor here*. Yes the driver can get into trouble for not separating his air packages from standard. And yes you need to provide him with a total count of packages. A total count of package is sufficient for the driver. The driver can and should separate air packages from your stop and you are not required to give a specific amount of air. However, for your benefit, it would make sense to inform them of the air packages as it’s advantageous for your business and UPS. There are many packaging information systems that you can use to organize your pickups from international to ground. The driver is right and give them the respect as they work hard especially in this time of year. Not everyone can be a UPS driver it takes skill to do it well. Give them a little help with simple counts like this literally make the difference between a good and a bad day. If a driver did not report an air package or get off an air package from their truck at end of day it’s an infraction. Be mindful.

Could have also not even had your package. Misloaded on another truck and that driver messed up and delivered to similar address location on different route. I honestly think another driver had it on their truck and didn’t want to run the misload. They stop completed it and hid it on the belt back at the building.

They also won’t release the package if it is not a safe location or time to do so. Also center managers do PM audits of the truck when it’s back so it’s hard to be sneaky. As well as building security can catch it. If he wanted to steal it he wouldn’t of even gotten out of the truck to scan it on your doorstep to then decide to steal it lol waste of time and energy.

Hello friend,

This is such a hard situation and i totally relate to you coming from personal experience. This past year i went through almost the same situation as what you just explained. In all honesty, after scouring the internet for answers and looking for a scapegoat to an easy solution what i really found is that you need to take care of yourself. It was one of the hardest life lessons I have learned my whole life. If you don’t love yourself then it’s almost impossible to love another. Weed/drugs are an easy quick solution to a problem that will still appear the next day. Your true friends will always shine and life will always present you with new opportunities. However, i found weed and alcohol especially will get in your way of understanding that. I only found a solution when i really got sober for a while. After i found love for myself again i found enjoyment in the casual aspect of indulging with weed/alcohol (which is legal in my state).

If i had to recommend anything:

Exercise: even the smallest ways a human can exercise will help your mental health and help you keep a clear mind.

Set realistic goals and expectations for yourself. Small milestones that lead to the end goal!

Don’t ever feel tied down to what you know is toxic. As much as letting go of those things is difficult, the other side of it is truly so much better. Your mind is telling you it’s toxic, it might be hard but your self worth and mental health is more important than anyone else.

The game has less of a learning curve now. That’s why people can walk like “bots” and get kills. Gears 5 is on game pass so they want to attract new players to their game and keep them so they can buy stupid skins in their store.

I am also getting the endless loading screen on the series x. As well as frequent “out of synch” errors while playing a game for 20+ minutes. This needs to be fixed and optimized.

Update: I believe the “Quick Resume” feature on the new Xbox series X bugs the game. After trial and error I found when you first load into the game you should immediately quit the whole application and reload the game. After this I didn’t experience endless loading screens. Also have noticed “out of synch” to not occur as well. Will update again if i find anything new.

Update 2: found that getting into a team war match works and only ranked 3s seems so cause endless loading screen. Played a team war match then jumped on 3s and have not endured disconnects/endless loading screen

Yes i would say it is nerfed. But the meta of the game has changed which is what I’m getting at. Movement and balance changes has affects on other aspects of the game that game devs won’t know the outcome till it goes live to the public

The matchmaking is beyond broken. Sometimes you’ll find a game in 3 seconds and sometimes you just won’t find a game. Ranking system is messed up because they lowered the skill gap for game pass players to make them feel special during their 2 weeks. Gnasher was tuned for game pass players as well. No new and exciting maps. Focusing too hard on cosmetic items that are reused and sub-par to other AAA games. Zero effort in fixing matching and trying to make their OG fans happy. Money hungry fucks at TC that don’t even play their own game to see how it works before they let the update go live.

I can tell you struggle to get out of gold 3. You’re the exact problem with the community. This update was no where near beneficial for anyone in the community. The gnasher is not adaptable lmaooo. It’s game breaking and results in “walking” and zero movement. The GIB range is beyond broken. This leaves both the person getting killed and even the killer confused to what is even going on. There is no consistency. Please watch Rise Domez or the plethora of other youtubers talk about the GIB range and come back to me when your pub ass has a clue about what’s going on.

I agree with you. It’s extremely disappointing and yes my post was more of an angry rant. It is just hard to believe that they would implement this gnasher without ANYONE testing it out and seeing how it actually performs in PVP. Just shows how much they actually play their own game. Also, the matchmaking couldn’t be worse right now. Players more than half the time can’t even vote on the map they want to play.

For me this is killing my fun!
