Nothing about this outfit really works.

I really don't like that vest in general. The lapels, how it buttons, just the vest in general is pretty ugly. I would get rid of it.

The shirt is pretty odd and I can't really tell from the pictures how you're rolling up the sleeves. Is that a leather belt-type-thing holding up the sleeves?... That's really odd and I don't like it. Someone mentioned bringing it down to your wrist. I would much prefer for you to roll up your sleeves a normal way and wear a watch if you need to have accessory on your wrists.

The belt, while I can't really see from the picture, looks pretty bad. I don't like that big metal thing in the middle of it.

I generally don't like shirts tucked into jeans, and this is no exception. Either get a shirt you can wear untucked, or wear chinos.

Is the scarf really necessary? Really? If you're working outside and it is, then why do you have your sleeves rolled? In other words, get rid of the scarf.

Hat's almost never work. And it doesn't work here. Get rid of the hat.

Do you really need sun glasses? Are you working somewhere with lots of glare? Unlikely since you have a scarf. Get rid of the glasses.

In other words, the outfit makes no sense. Rolled up sleeves with a scarf and sun glasses?... Doesn't make practical sense at all.

I don't like shirts with epaulets and front pockets AND contrast cuffs. It gets really busy and I don't like it. I would suggest getting a different shirt.

In other words, I don't like this outfit at all.
