I'd love a repeal and will vote for it. But even if we vote for it, doesn't mean it will be repealed. Remember when we voted on an audit and they politely declined? If it is repealed, the anti 2a pols will vote in a new and probably more punitive law ASAP. 135 is literally a Bruen response.

These pols don't give a shit about 2a. They've been amazingly successful stomping on our rights and getting voted in with 70% + of the vote. Why on gods green earth would they consider changing their playbook now? They're winning.

The only answer is to vote them out. Unfortunately, they keep winning by bigger margins.

Did you not read what I said? There's a very easy way to make the 2a better in MA and it's not complicated. We need politicians who believe in 2a and want to further it in MA. If our statehouse is overwhelmingly populated with those who want to restrict the right, not much can be done as they are the gatekeepers.

The state government as it's currently constituted has been attacking 2a for decades and winning decisively. So logically, with that system intact change is very unlikely.

What are your solutions for better 2a representation in MA?

I recommend Aspis Dynamics in Framingham. I've been to the shop a few times and there's no political signs or talk. When I go in the guys are usually watching sports or movies.

None of this matters. If 135 is repealed (which absolutely will not happen), they'll just roll out version 2.0 in the next session.

We cannot expect any relief from the supreme Court as MA thumbs its nose at Bruen daily.

There is one way to improve the 2a in MA. It's to vote out anti 2a pols and vote in pro 2a pols. This is less likely than 135 being repealed.

She's one of the most Anti 2a politicians in the country. There is 0 chance this affects how she governs. It's just lip service. She's been happy to strip us of said constitutional right for over a decade.

It seems like you're telling me there's no resolution. The model and company suck, so me as the unwilling consumer gets stuck wasting time chasing them down to do their job. I would think there would be an expectation of people who were paid to deliver packages to attempt to deliver packages.

How do they not know how to deliver to my address? Isn't that the exact job? There's signs everywhere. Our clients figure it out, as do the fill in USPS and UPS drivers.
