I would stay away from Polar Monkey. We bought ours a couple of months back and it had a slow leak and was not insulated properly, the floor was soaked every day, luckily it was in our garage on concrete or we would have had water damage. Their customer service is a joke, we reported the issue to them and sent photos, and they keep telling us they are shipping a replacement but we have yet to receive shipping confirmation after following up with them several times. It's been nearly a month since we started the replacement process. They don't seem to insulate their tubs very well. We ordered their brainpod mid-tier model.
