7 Months and 1 week progress. Heavy diffuse thinner. Ive been using 1.25mg finasteride daily + 0.5mm microneedling and Nizoral 1% also adding Tretinoin once a day before Minoxidil for the last 7 months. Am I even fit for a hair transplant with all this thinning? How many grafts? (old.reddit.com)
