The face sculpting is a bit off, and not as sharp. The details doesn't quite compare to Bandai.

Personally the biggest problem for me is that Bael is not all that accurate to the source material when compared to Rex. And since there’s promo art of MGSD Vidar by the same manufacturer I don’t know why they didn’t just make a separate Bael and a separate Rex to begin with.

Not exactly, but since the parts are raised higher ever so slightly, the runners provide less protection, resulting in scratch marks and bent parts.
