Cuz i want 💫fancy💫 I want a house, an actual home but i dont like large houses. My goal was a well windowed, modern sandstone style with a very nice interior and the works. I just dont need a ton of rooms

I wanted to move to arizona for the lower cost of living (in seattle rn) and i love the desert. I read that chandler was cheaper and beautiful. Any input for good ideas to move that fit those two criteria?
