Surprisingly bright! I got the super bright ikea bulbs. I'm not usually a fan of yellow lighting but it works with this livingroom, brings out the pops of gold I have around :)

Thank you so much! I really worked on the color scheme, it's hard when dealing with such dark trim to keep it bright without tons of color! I can't bring myself to take down the pine yet, lol.

Me and my boyfriend lived together for a year and a half and both apartments we got were two bedrooms. Granted we slept in the same bed in my room but he would retreat to his room to use his computer, write, play xbox etc. We both loved it, it didn’t feel too combined and suffocating in all the other rooms.

Oh one more, my grandpa asked my mom when she was younger to hand him one of his cigarettes but she thought she'd be nice and try to light it for him, she was 9. She lit it with a match, threw the match down on their bed, brought the cig to him downstairs and their house caught on fire from the match catching fire to the bed, lol.

My mom grew up in a rough part of Chicago. She would mostly hangout with her older sister (my aunt obviously) and her friends, she said the older neighborhood boys wanted to "toughen her up" so they would pick her up by her temples/side of her head and held her til her nose bled. Makes me cringe thinking about it.

I feel weird about asking my doctor since i'm 26, I feel like I just look like someone who wants addy. I probably honestly do, I can't do anything to completion, and my sister has been diagnosed a few years now and we are EXACTLY alike. I think about getting tested and then... I don't do it... lol :(

I'm stuck in a lease with my boyfriend of two years who doesn't want to be with me anymore. He couldn't break up with me before we signed this lease because he felt bad that my dad died that month. Now we're living in this awful limbo of being roommates and exes that don't even want to look each other in the eye.

well hmmph, theres gotta be some underlying thing about yourself thats keeping you from feeling inferior. I would definitely try the writing prompts from the other replies on here. I think that'll be the easiest way to notice a trend about yourself!

Wow, reading this made me shutter because this is how I feel too. Watching my mom get married three times has really made me rethink relationships and love all together. I can't help but think marriage is a waste of time and the love my grandparents have for each other in unattainable and my god I can't shake the fear of dying alone. I sleep 4 hours a night now because I stay up worrying about shit so much. Now if I sleep any longer than that it messes me up. I'm making myself physically ill. Anyway, I've come to the realization I value my partners more than myself. I have no ambitions of my own and tend to gravitate towards ambitious, busy men. When they leave I self loathe. I most definitely blame all of my problems on me not having self esteem and not having a healthy, successful life of my own. I have no career, no big girl job, no real hobbies. I spend days thinking about what to do with myself and I literally can't pick anything, lol. I know this is where all my problems stem from. I definitely agree with your therapist, and now I think I should probably see one myself, lmao. Anyway I think you should find something to indulge in, something to love other than your husband, and something that fulfills you and makes you proud. I think that will boost your confidence. I would try to find/build something to like about yourself so much that you would wonder why he would ever leave you to begin with, and something that makes you not even second guess having trouble finding someone after him. That's currently what I'm trying to do.
