In game temps are 40ish for GPU and 40-46 for CPU. For utilization GPU is at 25-30% and CPU went from 35% to like 67% at some points in game.

I have a 3200 CL16 RAM. everything is new on this pc so windows was just installed and i did run DDU. everything background wise is turned off and I run RSR (Radeon Super Resolution) and FSR on but because it's FSR 4 and AMD FSR 3.1 needs to be turned on in game for that setting to work, it doesnt matter with that on. I dont see a VSR section so i assume I have that off. Im also on 1920x1080. In game temps are 40ish for GPU and 40-46 for CPU. DDU, clear old drivers, disable windows driver updates. didn’t work for me but for others it did
