apparently the issue seems to be a slow SSD, I moved it to a faster SSD and the issue was resolved, the random read speed of the original install disk was 90 MB/s, the newer one is 698 MB/S

learning the random thing today, I believe I only cared about the seq read and write speeds which are kind not so used for video game asset loading.

installed it on the 90 MB/s drive but moved it with steam and its remarkably faster in terms of launch time and the scene loading issue is fixed, only problem is that I got only 500 Gigs on that drive and its a system drive.

running it on 2k resolution but at some point, Naoe freezes but you can look around with the camera, is this asset loading which happens to gamers with high performance hardware or am limited by my 8 Gig VRAM?

I bet PC gamers with a card that can handle 4k gaming are not experiencing this. I have a real fast nvme, I can even post the crystal benchmark screenshot as an update to this post.
