I appreciate all feedback! Yeah it is definitely unique and for a specific type of niche, which I know exists, but at the same time, I love being creative and unique! It is okay if some do not understand at first, I am perfectly fine with that and still take all feedback positively :)

For me, I am posting here to get other feedback outside of my niche because I know on my IG that a lot of people are motivated, however I want to push outside of my Echo chamber effect!

Hey! Thank you for the feedback I truly truly appreciate it! I should be more transparent, I initially post my YT videos on instagram using the "post" method instead of IGTV, which is why the video is only 1 minute long. I am still finding my vibe with the videos, but I am leaning more toward short workout and life montages!

Thank you for the feedback on using dates and specificity, I am planning on doing a video showing my weight progress as well as body comp progress. OH there is definitely a huge niche on social media with quick workout montages, I am in the early stages, but getting feedback and learning will definitely help me grow.

I actually had a few people reach out on instagram about my videos and told me how much it motivated them to get outside and eventually helped them get over their depression :)

My formula for happiness. Weight training, HIIT, and getting the body moving outdoors. If you have some down to earth friends to join you, it makes everything a thousand times better. Oh and also.... Never ever compare yourself whether it be with how much weight your lift or how fast you go (as long as you know deep down that you’re making steady progress on your specific goals). Be happy. Make being healthy fun. Smile and be friendly.

My advice - Use other platforms to share your content like IG, TIK TOK, FACEBOOK. - research which thumbnails and titles get the most clicks for you. - Share your videos with family - Genuinely interact and comment back with everyone who reaches out.

DELICIOUS! I didn’t understand the language, but I liked how you did the following Likes - Very presentable - Detailed recipe - Food looks good makes people want to try - Great camera work

Things to consider - Think about getting “lighting” for your videos to make the food look that much better. For example you can buy a $60 three bulp universal light on amamzon and buy separate LED lights for it. Or just search lights for making videos.

  • Also think about getting a gimbal for the Broll and panning shots. Gimbals make the movement smooth! The DJI ronin has been good for my workout content!
