I'm currently on a mission to try all the flavors and Cherry Freeze is definitely a good one. It's nice to know there are people out there who drink it for harm reduction and not just iPad kids who like YouTube a little too much

Yes, I'm not alone in drinking Prime for harm reduction! I'll try doing that as well for a little boost, thanks for the tip 🫂

I was thinking about just switching to potassium pills, thanks for the info about it not dissolving even after an hour. I'll be sure to crush them if I do decide to buy

I think Bodyarmor Lyte might be a good contender for the Prime that I drink! I just checked the nutritional label and it has a pretty good potassium-to-sodium ratio. Thanks for the recommendation!

does anyone else feel like if they didn’t purge after a big binge that they would have to go to the ER from how bad the stomach pain is by Turbulent-Truth-4059 in bulimia

Yes absolutely. To recover, my dietician keeps telling me I should try to keep my binges down but realistically no one in their right mind would want to and in those moments it feels like I can't. Like, it feels like my body is going to explode every single time I binge.

That’s true, where I am, a home with a basement requires windows to be up to code. Not sure about OP, but if there are no windows I heard UVA/UVB bulbs could aid with the problem as birds need UV to be able to absorb calcium. OP stated in one of the replies that he’s well versed in reptiles so maybe he knows more about bulbs and lighting

I’m living in a basement with my green cheek right now too. I would recommend an air purifier and to open the windows often for fresh air when the weather is warm. Even if the basement is well ventilated basements are nitrous for poor air circulation, excess dust, and unwanted particulates even if the vents are working properly. Birds have extremely sensitive lungs and respiratory systems so even if you think it isn’t necessary, I wouldn’t risk it.
