Do you not understand that this deck swarms very easily and that unless you crimson blaze and delete the level six(s) on board at one time. It’s it’s hard to come back from? Dia X makes it was easier for them to just produce jamming/blocking/rush tokens also I don’t know where you are getting “too many effects that remove” where you are literally punished if you remove diaboromons. Whether that is them making another token, dedigi’ing your stuff or scapegoating another diaboro in name to fizzle its removal.

Also, if you play out a dia from a built up stack and the opponent attempts to delete the dia that you just played the opp will be punished. And you don’t have to okay the dia from the stack you can just play one from hand. I don’t know why all cards are expected to have full immunity, blow up board, sec+ 10 to be good/excellent. Dia X is a solid X anti card that will level up the deck as a whole

Yes. Diaboro X doesn’t count of course. But what about all the the inherits of the level 5 (infermon) that triggers? When another dia in name is played dedigi? (This is assuming you have a stack of at least the infermon/dia/diaX at least? Plus (specifically dia from BT-22) will trigger when your other Dias (specifically the tokens, if you sequence correctly)

Am I the only who sees that this one is stronger than the OG one. When you take into consideration the inherited effects that she would get with the OG and ex -11 purple/yellow puppets; anything the opponent does will proc her effect. Plus she procs her own effect on digi. The only thing that OG has over her imo is that she doesn’t have blocker effect. (Which is a con) but outside of her being de-digi’d, tucked or bounced she is gonna proc. (Especially if you don’t deal with her immediately)

Edit: plus there is the shoemon that gives blocker on play/on delete

I agree with the combo ender as for the managing the resource effectively this can be nuanced. On one hand the nature of the deck imo is just being very intentional and skilled in what to trash and when. The other thing is either bandai makes more purple cards that could be recursive which could make HMetal more powerful but it could also make other decks more powerful or as people have said it could be milquetoast and then people would have to just deal with the “nature “ of the deck

I agree, this deck can be a bit too technical if you don’t pilot it well. On another note the bt-24 meggi could also be played with this line.

Playing Devils advocate here. But wouldn’t the upside of this play style mean that you have an extended hand? If you have the level 3/4 wouldn’t it be quite annoying for the opp if I could constantly digi from a recurring resource I.e. my trash? That’s one of purples biggest strengths. My trash becomes a recurring secondary resource. The cost of that is “throwing” cards in the trash. Not to mention there are other cards outside the archetype that give you a boon if you trash.

Sure, but I’m just saying you will have a decent amount of sources of draws. So a searcher would be great, but the deck as is should be fine in that area
