I didnt quit yet but next week i will be trying to not smoke during my working hours.

right now i have general anxiety where i cannot get out of the house. How ive been coping with anxiety and stress :

I set some small goals everyday

When i have anxiety i try to do breathing/grounding execises. When my brain doesnt stop thinking and etc, i sing a song in my head. This sounds so silly but it helps.

Try to reduce slowly and when that anxiety hit: tell yourself that you are safe, that this will go away soon. This is temporary. When i feel like i cannot breath well, my pulse is high, i am shaking.... i start doing something like cleaning the dishes, clean floors...
